The company will conduct a stock split on 1 November, at a ratio of 1→2. In connection with the split, the annual dividend under the previous plan was revised from ¥160 to ¥120, which is equivalent to ¥160 before the stock split.
The effective dividend is expected to remain unchanged before and after the split. Kabutan News reported this point.
