MicroAd has officially launched UNIVERSE for Campus, an advertising delivery service for universities and other higher education institutions, primarily universities. Building on a track record of delivering ads to and measuring their effectiveness at more than 140 higher education institutions to date, the company is offering the service as an integrated solution.
The service is built on the company’s proprietary UNIVERSE data platform. In addition to its own data, MicroAd receives data from more than 220 partner companies and media outlets for integrated analysis. This enables the service to be offered as a data product specialized by industry and business sector.
The service has three key features. First, analysis of location data enables targeted ad delivery by detecting and segmenting high school students in designated areas, open-campus participants, and visitors to examination venues of competing schools. Second, ads can be delivered by directly selecting media that high school students use in their daily lives, including major video streaming services, manga and gaming apps, and social media. Finally, the service visualizes cost-effectiveness through reports showing ad response rates and measurement of actual visits to open campuses using location data.
