Ishare has announced plans to mark its fifth anniversary and evolve into an information platform that continuously updates corporate value assessments for approximately 3,700 Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed companies, using its AI analyst report generation engine “Deemly” and Headnote.
Ishare, a research, community and platform business whose Purpose since its establishment in September 2021 has been “deepening the investment information market,” has announced that it has reached its fifth anniversary. Going forward, it plans to expand its information infrastructure for corporate value assessment by harnessing the collective intelligence of analysts, investors, issuers and AI.
In 2026, Ishare launched the AI analyst report generation engine “Deemly,” and the cumulative number of analyst reports stored on Ishare surpassed 20,000. The platform has reached a level of full coverage for approximately 3,700 Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed companies.
Ishare is also developing functions such as “Headnote,” which goes beyond analysis of individual stocks to interpret market sentiment and identify the next catalysts. It is strengthening a system for delivering “interpretation” more broadly, rather than merely accumulating information.
In August 2026, Ishare began business partnerships with Japan Securities News Co., Ltd. and LENZ&Co., and launched an initiative to connect primary information with corporate value assessments through analyst-style interviews with the management of listed companies. Over the next 5 years, it plans to build an information platform that continuously updates assessments of approximately 3,700 companies by accumulating the “trajectory of corporate value assessments,” including market expectations and hypotheses beyond earnings forecasts and financial data, as well as management strategies and their execution.
Representative Director Hasegawa Shohei (長谷川翔平) said that the company name embodies “I share Insights on shares,” and indicated that its fifth anniversary is merely the starting line.
As a research, community and platform business, Ishare aims to deepen corporate value assessments for approximately 3,700 companies through collective intelligence, combining research by independent analysts, AI-generated reports and insights into market sentiment.
