Sony Group forecasts consolidated net profit of ¥1.33 trillion for the full fiscal year ending March 2027, and has revised its forecast upward to an expected 29% increase from the previous fiscal year. Revenue is forecast at ¥13 trillion and operating profit at ¥1.87 trillion, both raised from the previous forecasts.
The success of the new Spider-Man film and the launch of popular software titles are driving the games business, and are expected to result in a substantial increase in net profit.
