The accounting fraud came to light in July 2025, and the annual securities report for the fiscal year ended March 2026 was submitted on 31 July, one month later than the original deadline.
Consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2027 is expected to be ¥28 billion, with sales of industrial gases, including to semiconductor plants, expected to remain firm. Approximately ¥25 billion in expenses is expected to be recorded for enhanced audit procedures.
