Toyota Industries Corporation’s Toyota L&F Company has added “Hako Hako Puzzle,” a new game based on forklift operation, to the “Gokko Land” app for children. Through operating reach trucks and using automated guided vehicles, the game enables children to learn how logistics works.
Toyota Industries Corporation’s Toyota L&F Company announced that it had added a new game to “Gokko Land,” a children’s social-experience app provided by app developer Kids Star. The new game, titled “Hako Hako Puzzle,” allows children to experience operating a forklift. The aim is to show children how logistics equipment supports industry and everyday life.
The game features puzzles in which players operate a forklift to move loads in a warehouse to designated locations. Players can also use reach trucks designed for work in confined spaces. When the operation is difficult, automated material-handling equipment such as driverless forklifts appears as a “helper character” and moves the loads automatically.
The company began participating in the app in March 2022. “Warehouse Work Experience!” had been played more than 9.6 million times cumulatively as of the end of August this year, and it has been reported that the total is expected to reach 10 million within the year. With this addition, the company is offering its third game.
