After the close of trading on 25 September, the company announced a dividend revision, stating that it would forego the final dividend for the fiscal year ending September 2026, which had previously been undecided. As a result, the company will continue to pay no dividend, as in the previous fiscal year.
The revision covered both the second-half dividend and the annual dividend. Before the revision, both were shown as “—” under the previous system, while under the new system both are shown as ¥0. The announcement date and fiscal period notation were also updated.
The company explained that its shareholder return policy prioritizes maintaining stable dividends in the future and strengthening its financial base. It indicated that it would prioritize securing liquidity on hand and pay dividends after comprehensively considering its future financial condition and profit levels.
