PeopleX announced that it will expand the support areas of its planned talent development support service, “PeopleX AI Assessment & Learning,” into digital and cybersecurity. The new area is scheduled to launch in November 2026, with the aim of strengthening corporate talent development.
PeopleX also plans to hold related seminars covering the latest developments in digital and cybersecurity, as well as approaches to enhancing organization-wide response capabilities. The initiative is intended to support both stronger corporate security measures and talent development.
In the context of Japan’s economic growth strategy, the importance of promoting 17 strategic areas and developing talent has been emphasized. PeopleX announced in June 2026 that it would enter the next-generation support business aimed at promoting human capital investment in these strategic areas. Digital and cybersecurity is expected to attract substantial investment among these strategic areas, and PeopleX is expected to play a role in promoting the development of corporate security talent.
“PeopleX AI Assessment & Learning” features a hybrid assessment that combines 10-level visualization based on AI Skill Standards with case descriptions and simulated training. It aims to strengthen practical capabilities through visualization of security risks, the provision of individualized learning content, and countermeasure training based on scenarios involving information leaks and unauthorized access. PeopleX plans to expand the covered fields successively and support the development of organizations that grow alongside AI.
