VALOR HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. opened the new Takoichi Takatsuki Ekimae store in Takatsuki, Osaka Prefecture, on 30 October. The sales floor covers 532.18 m², approximately 160 tsubo, and the store occupies the former site of Hello Daikyo in Takatsuki Center Street.
Takoichi is a fresh-food-focused store centered on seafood, produce and meat. Seafood accounts for approximately 44% of the sales mix. The new store aims to build on this strength and operate as a store rooted in the local community.
The store is located between JR Takatsuki Station and Hankyu Takatsuki-shi Station, creating a new base in the station-front shopping district. The site was formerly occupied by a store that closed in May this year, and attention is focused on future customer traffic.
