The companies aim to create an environment in which users can ask questions in natural language about internal policies and business manuals stored in POWER EGG and receive answers together with the relevant source documents. The launch is scheduled for winter 2026.
POWER EGG is a business platform equipped with groupware, workflow and web database functions, and is used primarily by financial institutions. neoAI Chat is used by more than 70 financial institutions and supports the use of generative AI in daily operations, including searches for policies and manuals. The collaboration aims to lower the barriers to searching and using documents in the workplace.
The planned integration will import documents stored in POWER EGG’s file management system, together with their folder structure, into neoAI Chat and present relevant documents as supporting evidence in response to questions. Examples include checking the documents required for identity verification procedures and the steps for registering a new business partner, with the supporting materials provided.
The companies will proceed with development and testing ahead of the planned winter 2026 launch. They will initially expand use cases from document search and consider extending the service to other business information in line with the needs of client companies. Representatives of both neoAI and ディサークル said they aim to reduce the burden of information searches in the workplace and promote the use of information.
