昭和産業 adopted LEAD, an IR materials support service, to standardize the design of its medium-term management plan materials. The service improved the clarity of materials for investors, and is also expected to reduce the time required to prepare materials internally.
昭和産業株式会社 adopted LEAD, an IR materials support service. The service was provided by ストリームライン, which created a consistent design and materials that were easier to understand from an investor's perspective.
The background to the adoption included variations in the visual design of the company's materials and branding challenges. As the company approached its 90th anniversary, it considered outsourcing the work. ストリームライン was selected based on its strong design capabilities, track record in producing IR materials, understanding of and ability to propose solutions for client requirements, and fast response times.
LEAD helped earn feedback at investor briefings that the materials were “well balanced and easy to understand.” Proposals on how to present information and the development of an outline at an early stage also streamlined subsequent revisions. The consistent design of the materials improved evaluations from both inside and outside the company and helped reduce internal workload.
A new page supporting the preparation of medium-term management plan materials was published on LEAD, introducing the support structure and production process, from planning and composition through design production, as well as the service details. The full interview for this case study and links to the slides actually produced were also made available.
