All Blue Co., Ltd. announced that it will change its management structure from 30 October 2026, with Sukeno Taisuke (助野 太祐) becoming Representative Director and Chairman and Maruyama Hirofumi (丸山 紘史) becoming Representative Director and President.
All Blue Co., Ltd. announced that it will renew its management structure, centering on the execution capabilities it has developed since its founding. Under the new structure, Sukeno Taisuke (助野 太祐) will become Representative Director and Chairman, and Maruyama Hirofumi (丸山 紘史) will become Representative Director and President. The announcement also stated that Ono Yohei (大野 陽平) and Matsumoto Yutaro (松本 雄太郎) will serve as Executive Officers, linking management and operations.
The new structure is intended to promote growth across the All Blue Group by leveraging the group’s diverse expertise and moving seamlessly from planning through execution. It emphasizes expanding the “execution capabilities” built since the company’s founding across the group and applying them to solving social issues.
As background to the new structure, the All Blue Group cited its evolution into an organization capable of combining expertise from diverse fields and building teams suited to clients’ challenges. Through this, it aims to expand its business areas, strengthen organizational collaboration and move into its next growth phase.
