Discussions focused on the background to decision-making based on the speaker's experience, as well as the earnings responsibilities and growth strategies of a listed company.
Established in 1991, バルニバービ operates more than 100 cafes and restaurants nationwide, each with a different concept. The company was listed on the Mothers market in 2015 and is currently listed on the Growth Market, with an estimated market capitalization of ¥10 billion to ¥15 billion.
The company has made its estate build-up business, which uses the customer-drawing capabilities developed through its food-service operations to increase real estate value, its second core business. It leads regional revitalization projects in Awaji Island and Shimane Prefecture, among other areas. For the fiscal year ended July 2025, net sales were ¥14.336 billion and operating profit was ¥638 million. Ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending July 2026 is expected to increase 10% year on year to ¥680 million, according to the report.
As part of the information on future events, presidents of companies including 識学, ポート, アイデミー and エフ・コード are scheduled to appear as guests in October, and the small-group study and networking sessions are expected to continue.
