An exhibition of Halloween-themed works will be held at Castle Garden in Himeji Station North Community Exchange Plaza from 3 to 31 October 2026. The art clubs of 5 schools will present works on the theme of “glowing spots,” while the area as a whole will be decorated with fresh flowers, pumpkins and other items.
Himeji City will hold a Halloween-themed display at Castle Garden in Himeji Station North Community Exchange Plaza and part of the Central Underground Passage. The event will run from 3 October 2026 to 31 October 2026, and the date of the information release and contact details have also been provided.
The event features an annual exhibition of works timed to coincide with Halloween, now in its 10th year. The art clubs of 5 schools in the city will each display works showcasing their individual styles in showcases, while Castle Garden as a whole is scheduled to be decorated with ikebana, pumpkins and other items.
Works created by the art clubs of the participating high schools will be displayed in showcases, alongside photographs showing last year’s event. The departments responsible for tourism and industrial promotion will cooperate in and sponsor the event.
