Following its participation in Tokyo Rainbow Pride in 2019, ダイナム has promoted the creation of a corporate culture that respects diversity. Its initiatives include introducing a same-sex partner system in August 2020, establishing a consultation service, conducting awareness activities and providing SOGI harassment training.
These initiatives have been recognised, and the company has received Gold, the highest rating under the PRIDE Index, for 6 consecutive years since 2020. ダイナム will continue working to create an environment where everyone can work as their authentic selves under its Diversity & Inclusion Policy.
