CEATEC, focused on electrical and electronic technologies, and the automotive-industry event Japan Mobility Show opened simultaneously at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. This is the second time they have been held jointly, following 2024. The two exhibitions are held in adjacent venues, allowing visitors to move freely between them. Major manufacturers, as well as venture companies, universities and research institutions, are participating.
More than 800 exhibitors are expected at CEATEC and more than 200 at the Mobility Show, with both events also focusing on AI-related exhibits. In addition to opportunities for business discussions and exchanging views, several symposia are scheduled.
The Mobility Show is a successor event that began in 2023. It is divided between an event for the general public in odd-numbered years and a venue for business matching in even-numbered years. In odd-numbered years it is held independently, while in even-numbered years it is held jointly with CEATEC.
