Sanki Service completed its delisting on 27 November and integrated with Shinmente Holdings effective 1 December. Under the new structure, its name will change to Sanki Shinmente HD, with the company pursuing a policy of capitalising on its strengths in air-conditioning maintenance.
Sanki Service carried out its delisting on 27 November, and its management integration with Shinmente Holdings progressed around the same date. Following the integration, the company is scheduled to change its name to Sanki Shinmente HD as part of the new structure.
Ochi Reona (越智玲緒奈) will become president and head the new structure.
The purpose of the integration is to capitalise on strengths in air-conditioning maintenance and advance business restructuring.
As a result of the move, Sanki Service will be positioned as a subsidiary of Shinmente HD, and its future development will be closely watched.
