This autumn, Recolte is launching a 4L family-size air fryer, Tefal a 6L model with infrared heating, and Braun the 4.3L MultiFry 3 in the air fryer market. We present the features and demonstration information for all 3 brands in one overview.
This autumn, Recolte announced an Air Oven with its capacity increased to 4L. Its slim design takes up little visual space even when left on the kitchen counter, and it is large enough to accommodate 2 chicken thighs side by side. The accompanying recipe book contains 35 recipes, and the appliance is promoted for everyday dishes such as grilled fish and meat dishes.
Tefal launched the Infrared Heating Air Fryer 6L. Its defining feature is a combination of infrared heating and hot-air circulation, producing a crisp exterior and juicy interior. It also features a 230°C Crispy Finish button. The 6 cooking modes are air fry, grill, roast, bake, toast and reheat.
Braun launched the Non-Fryer MultiFry 3. It has a 4.3L basket and 8 automatic cooking programmes, allowing cooking to begin immediately without preheating. Its proprietary RealAir Technology circulates hot air with a high-speed fan, aiming for a crisp exterior and juicy interior. A demonstration of karaage-style chicken without frying was also held at the launch event.
Across the combination of capacity and features, all 3 models emphasise even heating of ingredients. Family-size models from 4L to 6L are the main focus, with the ability to cook large quantities at once for families as a common feature. The pricing information lists Recolte at ¥16,500, Tefal at ¥25,800 and Braun at ¥16,500, along with guidance on launch timing.
