AirTrip has announced that it is continuing its “Customer Experience Improvement Campaign, Part 3.” The campaign has continued since 1 July 2024 and offers benefits, including lottery prizes and points, to purchasers of domestic and international air tickets.
AirTrip is continuing Part 3 of its Customer Experience Improvement Campaign, aimed at improving customer satisfaction. The campaign began on 1 July 2024 and awards round-trip LCC tickets to 10 people each month, while awarding 5,000 AirTrip points each to up to 6 people per month whose feedback leads to actual improvements. Applications are submitted through the survey form in the email sent after purchasing a domestic or international air ticket, and selected winners are contacted.
【Examples of feedback received and responses from July to September 2026】For domestic air ticket reservation history, canceled reservations were improved to appear in a lighter color, with a “Canceled” status badge also displayed. For email notifications in English, English-language guidance from certain airlines was added to the payment-completed email. For ticket types that are not eligible for refunds, additional information was added to the booking screen. For international air tickets, a feature was added to display the lowest fares for the days before and after the selected date at the top of the search results, and e-ticket downloads were changed to a button format to make them easier to understand. For overseas activities, a direct messaging function with local operators was added to facilitate communication.
The impact on results for the current fiscal year is expected to be minor, and any future changes will be disclosed in a timely manner. AirTrip stated that it will continue making daily improvements with the aim of enhancing its services and expanding its business.
