kubell will hold the online conference “AX・DX SUMMIT 2026” on 8 and 9 December. Yasuno Takahiro (安野貴博) and other speakers will explain, with specific examples, both the management decisions and on-the-ground implementation that determine the results of AI adoption.
kubell will hold the two-day online event “AX・DX SUMMIT 2026” on 8 and 9 December 2026, stating that the key to achieving results as AI adoption advances is deciding what to do and how to implement it in the workplace. Under the theme “Beyond the AI Boom,” Day 1 will cover management decisions and organisational design, while Day 2 will focus on practical implementation in the workplace and back office. Speakers will include Yasuno Takahiro (安野貴博) (member of the House of Councillors, AI engineer and science-fiction writer) and Kawabe Kentaro (川邊健太郎) (former representative director and chairman of LY Corporation, AI solopreneur).
The event will be held online, participation will be free, and advance registration will be required. Day 1 will cover management decisions and the redesign of organisations and human resources, while Day 2 will address company-wide information infrastructure and workflows, as well as the essentials of implementing and using AI in the workplace. Additional speakers are scheduled to be announced, and recordings are scheduled to be available for one month only to those who register in advance.
kubell will host the event and, against the backdrop of the PwC Japan Group’s survey on the use of generative AI, has expressed the view that both management policy and on-the-ground implementation are necessary to achieve results from AI adoption. The programme will comprise talks and discussions aligned with the themes of Day 1 and Day 2. The target audience includes executives and managers and staff responsible for DX promotion and back-office functions.
