エスアンドエフ has signed an MOU with a Thai company operating swimming schools for babies. Through the introduction of Japanese-style swimming instruction expertise in Thailand, the companies aim to train coaches and enhance instructional curricula.
On 29 September 2026, エスアンドエフ signed a cooperation memorandum of understanding (MOU) on a business partnership with Baby Swimming Family of Thailand. The signing ceremony was held at the school's facility in Nonthaburi Province, attended by the Embassy of Japan in Thailand, the Bangkok office of JETRO and the Thailand Swimming Association, among others.
The partnership aims to improve the training of Thai instructors and upgrade instructional curricula by providing and sharing Japanese-style swimming instruction expertise and coach-training methods with the Thai side, thereby improving the quality of swimming education in Thailand. The companies are expected to strengthen junior education and the development of competitive swimmers through coach training and personnel exchanges.
The project is being advanced with hands-on support from JETRO's New Export Nation Consortium, which assisted in identifying and matching potential local partners and providing ongoing follow-up. Going forward, the parties plan to expand cooperation in swimming education in Thailand and deepen exchanges between Japan and Thailand centred on human-resource development.
