YE DIGITAL has revised down its earnings forecast for the cumulative second-quarter period of the fiscal year ending February 2027. Demand for logistics DX remains firm, but contract signings for highly profitable projects have been delayed, and the full-year forecast and dividend are expected to remain unchanged.
YE DIGITAL announced that it had revised its consolidated earnings forecast for the cumulative second-quarter period of the fiscal year ending February 2027. The revised forecast calls for revenue of ¥9.5 billion, operating profit of ¥550 million, ordinary profit of ¥600 million, and interim net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥400 million.
The main reason for the revision is that contract signings for highly profitable projects have been pushed back from the initially expected timing. Although demand for logistics DX remains firm, profit for the period is expected to fall below the previous forecast.
The downward revision applies to the cumulative interim period, while the full-year earnings forecast and the ¥30 annual dividend forecast will remain unchanged. Market reaction, including movements in PTS trading, may be a focus of institutional investors’ decisions going forward.
