The company attributed the upward revision to an increase in the number of consultants, supported by strong hiring and a high retention rate, as well as steady growth in existing and new projects, the maintenance of a high utilization rate and the contribution from higher average fees.
The interim results announced at the same time showed revenue of ¥18.445 billion, operating profit of ¥3.766 billion and net profit of ¥2.783 billion.
