Aoyama Zaisan Networks had 14 employees from its frontline operations develop 7 AI agents based on challenges in their own departments, with annual reductions of approximately 426 hours in internal work expected. Full-scale operations began after September 2026.
Aoyama Zaisan Networks launched an initiative in which frontline employees develop AI agents as DX advisors, using challenges from the field of property consulting as the subject matter. Phase 1 involved 7 teams and 14 people, who are developing 7 solutions.
Based on estimates of the effects of 3 initiatives, the company expects to reduce internal work by approximately 426 hours annually. The time created is expected to be allocated to higher-value activities, including discussions with clients and consideration of proposals. Full-scale operations began after September 2026.
The 7 solutions developed include automating the preparation of client materials, providing instant answers to NDA-related questions, automatically transferring data to accounting documents, and automating health checkup progress management. The initiative aims to turn the decision criteria used in property consulting into an organizational asset.
Going forward, the company plans to roll out the examples and know-how from Phase 1 across the company, implement basic AI training company-wide, and promote cross-departmental use.
