ECマーケティング has begun accepting participants for 'Under the Radar Japan,' an interview programme showcasing Japanese companies and executives to English-speaking markets. The programme covers everything from interviews to English subtitles at no cost and is open to Japanese companies and executives seeking overseas expansion.
ECマーケティング株式会社 announced that it will begin accepting participants from 1 November 2026 for 'Under the Radar Japan,' an interview programme introducing Japanese founders and executives to investors and entrepreneurs in English-speaking markets. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis, with no limit on the number of participants or companies.
All programme services are provided free of charge, including the costs of interviewing, filming, editing and producing English subtitles. Completed videos may also be freely reused, including in pitch materials and on company websites and social media, the company said. The host is Hajime Ito (伊藤 肇), who is based in Silicon Valley.
The programme is open to Japanese founders, executives, directors and business heads seeking to expand overseas, regardless of industry or company size. Filming is expected to take place at the company's office in Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku. After an application is submitted, eligibility to appear will be determined following an online interview, the company said.
The programme aims to address the current lack of awareness in English-speaking markets of outstanding Japanese products. Its distinguishing feature is the dissemination of information to overseas investors through interviews with English subtitles.
