NSW has launched the NSW Resilience Service for Oracle, a new service supporting lifecycle optimization for Oracle AI Database. Targeting Oracle AI Database, OCI and multicloud environments, the service consists of 6 areas covering the process from assessment through putting data to work.
NSW has launched a new service designed to optimize the entire lifecycle for Oracle AI Database. The service covers environments including Oracle AI Database and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and offers multiple service menus across 6 areas: assessment, protection, restoration, migration, maintenance and utilization.
Each area offers multiple options, including current-state assessments, environment modernization, cloud migration, operational improvements and AI-driven data utilization. The options can be used individually or in combination.
The service is being launched against a backdrop in which the importance of IT infrastructure is rising as generative AI adoption expands and data-driven management advances, while database upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, security measures, cloud migration and operational optimization are often addressed separately.
The launch has received an endorsement from Oracle Corporation Japan, and NSW plans to expand the service menus in stages in line with market trends and customer needs.
