Under its medium-term plan, the company targets operating profit of more than ¥7.6 billion and ROE of 7% for the fiscal year ending March 2031, positioning earnings growth in the real estate business as a growth driver. It will advance its investment plan, including trials of autonomous buses, as well as route restructuring and measures to improve asset efficiency, with a focus on expanding its leasing business and reforming its cost structure.
