VTuber agency のりプロ has changed its operating structure, with Tsukudani Norio (佃煮のりお) changing from president to creative advisor. Inuyama Tamaki (犬山たまき) will focus exclusively on talent activities, and a second talent audition has also been confirmed under the new structure.
のりプロ has transitioned from a structure operated by an individual to one operated by an organization. Tsukudani Norio (佃煮のりお) changed from president to founder and creative advisor, taking on a new role.
The transition to the new structure began in January 2026, with preparations having been under way for approximately 3 years. For about 6 months after the transition, Tsukudani Norio (佃煮のりお) also remained personally involved in operations while the transfer of duties progressed. The transition has now been formally announced following the completion of the new structure.
Under the new structure, managers responsible for each field have been placed under the head of operations, and individual managers have been assigned to affiliated talents. This has led to the launch of official channels, the holding of live events and an increase in the frequency of merchandise sales.
Inuyama Tamaki (犬山たまき)'s role has changed to one focused exclusively on VTuber activities. Going forward, talent activities will be carried out with staff support, and it has been explained that there will be no major changes to the content of those activities.
A second のりプロ talent audition has also been confirmed in connection with Tsukudani Norio (佃煮のりお)'s departure. The timing and application details are still being finalized.
