CTC and SYSTEX have established CTC-SYSTEX, a joint venture providing IT services to Taiwanese companies entering Japan. The company will provide end-to-end support, from designing IT environments in Japan through procurement, implementation and post-deployment maintenance and operations.
CTC and SYSTEX, a leading Taiwanese IT services company, have established CTC-SYSTEX Co., Ltd., a joint venture providing IT services to Taiwanese companies entering Japan. The new company aims to provide rapid support, from setting up IT environments in Japan through their operation.
The venture was established against a backdrop of the growing expansion of Taiwanese companies into Japan, particularly in the semiconductor sector. There was a need for collaboration to facilitate the procurement of IT equipment, system construction, and maintenance and operations in Japan. CTC has established a structure capable of providing comprehensive services from consulting through operations, while SYSTEX will draw on its customer base and industry expertise developed in the Taiwanese market.
CTC-SYSTEX’s business will include the sale of products for Taiwanese companies entering Japan; the planning, design, development, construction, implementation, maintenance and operation of information systems; and the import, sale and provision of Taiwanese products in Japan.
The company will provide the design and construction of IT infrastructure, network, cloud and security environments in Japan, procurement of IT equipment, and post-deployment help desk, monitoring, maintenance and operations services nationwide. It will also support integrated business development between Taiwan and Japan.
