Tokyo Ohka Kogyo received an award in the “Front End Quality” category at Micron Supplier Day 2026. Its efforts in quality, innovation and collaboration through joint work with Micron were recognized.
The company supplies materials used in semiconductor front-end processes, including photoresists and high-purity chemicals, and says it has continued improving quality to meet Micron's stringent quality requirements for its latest processes.
The Micron Supplier Awards are an annual program comprising 14 categories, recognizing suppliers across a broad range of fields, including construction, IT and services as well as front-end materials.
The award indicates that Tokyo Ohka's joint efforts with Micron to improve quality and enhance supply reliability have been recognized.
