Camtek raised its earnings outlook and increased its 2027 revenue target to approximately US$800 million. The third-quarter upward revision and new outlook for the fourth quarter of 2026 indicate firm near-term demand.
Camtek raised its third-quarter earnings outlook and newly announced its full-year 2026 and fourth-quarter 2026 outlooks. This suggests that near-term demand remains firm.
The newly announced 2027 revenue outlook is approximately US$800 million. Against a backdrop of AI- and HBM-related orders exceeding early-2026 levels, the company aims to build production capacity well above its annual shipment value of US$700 million. The steady reduction of the order backlog is cited as a short-term positive.
The biggest risk is a slowdown in spending concentration in AI-related advanced packaging. In particular, weaker demand for the high-end Hawk and Eagle G5 systems could affect the conversion rate of the order backlog.
Current analyst forecasts assume revenue of US$1 billion and profit of approximately US$76.2 million by 2029, and these assumptions are reflected in fair value estimates for the stock.
