The property is located in Kohoku Ward, Yokohama, and is being constructed as a five-story, above-ground reinforced-concrete building, with completion scheduled for late January 2027.
The building’s exterior is finished in a uniform dark-gray color. The entrance approach and lobby will feature internally illuminated walls made with handmade Japanese paper. A card-key system will be used for security, with three-layer access control. The building will use the HiFB construction method and will be supported by 37 piles approximately 500 mm to 700 mm in diameter. All rooms will have raised floors and suspended ceilings. Insulation of the required thickness will be installed on the interior side and at the rooftop.
Residential facilities include system kitchens equipped with two-burner gas cooktops with Si sensors and water-saving mixer taps, as well as bathroom dryers in all units. The bathroom, powder room and toilet are separately arranged. Residents will also have access to internet connectivity of up to 1 Gbps and the residents-only GALA Concierge Service.
The property is a 10-minute walk from Shin-Tsunashima Station on the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line and a 12-minute walk from Tsunashima Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line.
