Sumaho Hospital, a wholly owned subsidiary of 日本PCサービス株式会社, and GEO have begun collaborating by introducing Sumaho Hospital's franchise capabilities at GEO Digital Base stores. The companies aim to provide integrated repair and support counters for smartphones and game consoles by leveraging Sumaho Hospital's expertise and know-how.
GEO Digital Base is being developed as a new-format store focused on digital devices. Under the collaboration, the companies are establishing a structure capable of providing one-stop repair services for smartphones and game consoles. The service began operating at 2 stores in spring under the name "Sumaho Hospital by Digiho," and after approximately 6 months of operations, its repair expertise and track record are said to have been recognised.
The group, which has a support network of approximately 380 locations nationwide and a 24-hour call centre, highlights its ability to handle repairs, setup and troubleshooting as quickly as the same day, and has indicated that it intends to expand service provision at GEO Digital Base stores. It plans to deepen the collaboration and continue addressing issues in the digital sector.
An official report was issued on 29 September 2026, announcing the expansion of repair services through the collaboration between GEO and Sumaho Hospital. As an independent digital support and infrastructure company, the group will continue to pursue business growth and increased corporate value, underpinned by its nationwide support network.
