TKP will make effective use of the Kobayashi Building at the Shibuya-Miyamasuzaka intersection during the redevelopment period and open “Conste Lounge Shibuya Station Front by TKP,” featuring a coworking lounge on the 2nd floor. The 4th and 5th floors are scheduled to offer rentable meeting rooms and rental spaces.
A plan has been announced to use the Kobayashi Building, located at the Miyamasuzaka intersection in Shibuya, Tokyo, from the basement 1st floor through the 5th floor as TKP Shibuya Miyamasuzaka. “Conste Lounge Shibuya Station Front by TKP” will open on the 2nd floor on 1 November 2026, making effective use of the building during the redevelopment period.
Under the initiative, 483 tsubo will be leased as a single unit. While existing tenants continue operating, TKP Group businesses will be rolled out in vacant sections, with the aim of maximising the property’s value before redevelopment. The 2nd-floor facility will combine a coworking lounge with rentable meeting rooms.
The 4th floor will offer rentable meeting rooms and event space, while the 5th floor will offer rental spaces in partnership with スペースマーケット’s subsidiary スペースモール. Taking advantage of the location, a 1-minute walk from Shibuya Station, the facilities will accommodate individual work, meetings and various events.
Since its founding, TKP has worked on the revitalisation of spaces and promoted the effective use of real estate. It has reiterated its policy of treating the period before redevelopment of a property as a business opportunity and making effective use of buildings scheduled for demolition.
