Wolfgang Steakhouse Fukuoka will hold the “Kumamoto Fair” to support recovery and reconstruction in Kumamoto, offering limited-time dishes made with ingredients from Kumamoto Prefecture. The fair will run from 16 October to 15 November 2026, with a portion of sales donated to support recovery and reconstruction in Kumamoto.
Wolfgang Steakhouse Fukuoka, which originated in New York, will hold the limited-time “Kumamoto Fair” featuring ingredients from Kumamoto Prefecture from 16 October to 15 November 2026. The fair will be exclusive to the Fukuoka location, with donations made alongside efforts to promote local production for local consumption. The menu will feature Kumamoto Akaushi beef, Amakusa kuruma prawns, Amakusa Daio chicken, Shine Muscat grapes and Aso Jersey ice cream.
In addition to lunch and dinner courses, the à la carte menu will include the “Signature Burger” and “Akaushi Roast Beef Sandwich.” A portion of fair sales will be donated to support recovery and reconstruction in Kumamoto.
