GMO Global Sign Holdings raised its full-year net income forecast from its previous estimate and expects record profit for the first time in 6 periods. It also raised its year-end dividend forecast.
After the close of trading on 19 October, the company raised its forecast for consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending December 2026 from the previous estimate of ¥1.05 billion to ¥1.31 billion, with the year-on-year growth rate expected to expand to 30.5%. This makes it highly likely that the company will set a new record high for profit for the first time in 6 periods.
At the same time, the forecast for consolidated net income in the second half (July–December) was raised from ¥560 million to ¥820 million, representing a 46.3% increase from the year-earlier period and expected to lift full-year profit.
The year-end dividend, to be paid as a single payment, was revised upward from the previous plan of ¥59.67 to ¥74.35, compared with ¥56.91 for the previous fiscal year.
