At Measurement Expo NEXT 2026, CHINO exhibited a range of equipment designed to provide advanced support for heat treatment. New features of products including the Panel Recorder FP Series, high-precision IR-CZV and CPA-H were introduced.
At Measurement Expo NEXT 2026, CHINO exhibited data collection and control equipment focused on supporting heat-treatment processes. The Panel Recorder FP Series data recording system for small and medium-sized systems can manage data from up to 500 points in a single operation and supports heat-treatment equipment and remote monitoring. The exhibition also highlighted a function that links order data with an in-house data logger and automatically transfers it to a server via Ethernet.
The IR-CZV infrared radiation thermometer offers high-precision performance, limiting measurement error to ±0.3% and ±2°C. It reduces the effects of measurements taken through glass and missing portions of the field of view. The exhibition also showcased an optional videoscope that allows users to confirm measurement locations on a monitor image.
The CPA-H high-speed, high-performance thermal imaging measurement system, scheduled for launch during fiscal 2026, was also shown as a reference exhibit. This thermographic system supports temperature measurement through windows and is designed to capture instantaneous temperature changes, including flames and arc discharges. It was positioned as part of an initiative to present a vision for the future of measurement and control through demonstrations.
