NSK will expand its lineup of design, development and production management support services for machine tool manufacturers by launching MT-Click!Speedy Premium and NSK Verify API. The former will launch in September 2026 and the latter in November 2026. NSK also plans to exhibit at JIMTOF2026.
NSK announced that it will expand its lineup of design, development and production management support services for machine tool manufacturers. The new services will comprise MT-Click!Speedy Premium, which enables advanced spindle analysis, and NSK Verify API, which links bearing information to customers’ systems. MT-Click!Speedy Premium will be offered to contracted companies for a fee, while NSK Verify API is expected to be offered free of charge.
Compared with the existing publicly available version, MT-Click!Speedy, MT-Click!Speedy Premium will enable analysis of the entire spindle and provide detailed reports. In addition to Japanese and English, the service is expected to support reports in multiple languages, and will allow detailed configuration of built-in conditions, operating conditions and spindle specifications. Analysis that previously required individual consideration will be available for customers to perform in-house.
NSK Verify API is an API-based service that allows bearing inspection results data to be imported directly into customers’ software. It uses data integration based on the scanning of two-dimensional codes, supporting more advanced inventory management and usage history management. It will be offered as an expanded API version of the existing smartphone app, NSK Verify, and is expected to significantly reduce the time required for data import.
NSK plans to showcase both services at JIMTOF2026, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from 26 October (Monday) to 31 October (Saturday) 2026. MT-Click!Speedy Premium will launch in September 2026, followed by NSK Verify API in November 2026. NSK said that the expanded services will help improve the efficiency of design and development and promote the digitalization of production management.
