Japan Display resolved to transfer Mobara Plant to Shinko Electric Industries in Nagano Prefecture and signed a definitive agreement. The gain on the transfer is estimated at ¥51.4 billion and is scheduled to be recognized as an extraordinary gain in the consolidated results for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027.
