ZenPlus and the Sukene-ko EC Management System have launched API integration. The integration will automatically synchronize inventory data for domestic e-commerce and overseas sales, with the aim of reducing the risk of overselling and the burden of updating inventory. The integration will begin on 1 September 2026.
ZenPlus, a cross-border e-commerce marketplace operated by ZenGroup株式会社, has launched API integration with the Sukene-ko EC Management System to expand overseas sales by leveraging domestic e-commerce inventory management. The integration will enable inventory data to be automatically reflected between domestic e-commerce channels and ZenPlus through Sukene-ko’s inventory management functions.
The initiative responds to concerns from businesses operating domestic e-commerce and overseas sales in parallel about the manual burden of synchronizing inventory and the risk of overselling caused by delays in updating inventory. The integration is expected to consolidate inventory management across multiple channels and reduce the operational burden.
The integration has three main elements: automatic synchronization of inventory data between domestic e-commerce channels and ZenPlus, reduced risks of overselling and cancellations, and expansion into overseas sales by leveraging existing domestic e-commerce operations. The inventory currently linked between ZenPlus and Sukene-ko covers approximately 30,000 SKUs. More than 5,000 stores operate on ZenPlus, and the group has shipped to 175 countries and regions.
Looking ahead, ZenPlus plans to expand its partner network and develop an environment that enables overseas sales to be operated alongside domestic e-commerce. A joint webinar is scheduled for 21 October, and the company is also considering providing practical expertise.
