Open House Group has entered Kansai for the first time, opening facilities simultaneously in Umeda and Tennoji. A showroom designed for new ways of living has opened, centred on LIFE DESIGN PARK Osaka Umeda, offering detached-house-style homes in prime locations at affordable prices.
Major real estate company Open House Group, making its first entry into Kansai, opened facilities simultaneously in Osaka Umeda and Tennoji on 1 October. The initiative includes the launch of LIFE DESIGN PARK Osaka Umeda, a lifestyle-oriented showroom proposing homes suited to new ways of living, together with the adjacent Umeda Sales Center.
The Umeda-area showroom features booths where visitors can experience workspaces in response to the increase in dual-income households and longer periods spent at home. It offers proposals for work environments suited to different lifestyles, ranging from room-like private settings to spaces where a desk can be placed.
Samples ranging from kitchen and bathroom fixtures to storage and interior materials are displayed together. Visitors can choose from more than 1 trillion combinations of doors, wall materials, flooring and other elements, while the actual model house recreates the feel of a detached home from the entrance and living room to the space beneath the staircase.
Consistent with the group’s focus on prime urban locations and affordable price ranges, the facility is positioned as a new type of advisory venue where customers can discuss housing options while viewing a showroom in a central urban area. Interest is building in future viewing opportunities and further development.
