Growth Partners will handle the introduction of foreign workers, employment procedures, preparations before arrival in Japan, and lifestyle and employment support after joining the company, while securing suitable personnel through its overseas network. まなびね will provide opportunities to converse online with Japanese people from before arrival in Japan, as well as Japanese-language and Japanese-culture learning, and will continue to help improve workplace communication after employment.
The partnership is intended to distribute and reduce the burden on companies associated with work visas and status-of-residence procedures, Japanese-language education, workplace communication, and lifestyle support.
