It will operate alongside “Tech Lead Engineer (AI and Data)” as 2 recruitment tracks, developing talent who use technology to address business-oriented challenges.
Starting with fiscal 2028 new graduate recruitment, CyberAgent established and began recruiting for a new graduate track in the AI and data fields, “Business Lead Engineer (AI and Data).” The existing “Machine Learning Engineer” and “Data Scientist” tracks have been expanded to put greater emphasis on business-oriented roles.
The new recruitment program is divided into 2 tracks, “Business Lead Engineer (AI and Data)” and “Tech Lead Engineer (AI and Data),” each positioned as an engineering role that applies expertise in AI and data.
For new graduate recruitment in the AI and data fields, the career design extends beyond technology development to include defining and resolving business challenges. Interviews with the recruitment team and business executives provide a clearer picture of these practical roles.
Organizationally, the Business Bridge Office was established to oversee the development and recruitment of business lead engineers, with the aim of bringing in talent who can combine technical capabilities with business understanding at an early stage.
