SUZUYO SHINWART CORPORATION announced that it has begun offering “S-PAYCIAL with Electronic Year-End Adjustment Filing [FY2026 Edition],” which enables electronic submission of year-end adjustment filings from smartphones, tablets and PCs. According to the official release, the service will be available from 5 October 2026, with its functions updated to reflect the 2026 tax reforms.
The new fiscal-year edition supports special provisions for insurance premium deductions and adds a function that automatically determines the amount of the special deduction for specified dependents. It also supports the documentation method for the special deduction for home loans and expands the image-upload function for various deduction certificates.
The service also supports importing deduction certificate data from Mynaportal, Japan’s online government portal.
For filers, enhanced input assistance enables the automatic determination and calculation of dependent status, the basic deduction, the spouse deduction and the income adjustment deduction. For administrators, support functions include extracting difference data, configuring download fields and uploading certificate images.
The company cites the move toward paperless year-end adjustments and improved operational efficiency as the background to the service’s introduction, saying that it strengthened usability by incorporating feedback from customers who had tried the service. SUZUYO SHINWART CORPORATION is described as a member of the SUZUYO group that develops information systems and provides IT consulting and business solutions.
