Masuda Fumihiko (増田文彦氏) was appointed adviser to 株式会社インバウンドホールディングス effective 30 September 2026. As an adviser, he will provide broad guidance, from formulating the business strategy for the company's newly established renovation consultation service for accommodation facilities, Yadozukuri no Madoguchi, to developing the framework for its nationwide rollout.
The company has begun recruiting construction and renovation companies nationwide as partner companies for Yadozukuri no Madoguchi. Information-session seminars will be held in Tokyo from 16:00 on Monday, 26 October, and Wednesday, 28 October, with Masuda Fumihiko (増田氏) giving a presentation on growth opportunities in the accommodation-facility renovation market.
Demand for accommodation-facility renovations is expanding as the housing market undergoes a transition. While new housing starts are declining year on year, demand for renovations aimed at accommodation facilities is expected to grow. The number of foreign visitors to Japan continues to reach record highs, and the number of accommodation facilities is also increasing.
Information sessions are planned for Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka, targeting owners of construction and renovation companies. Yadozukuri no Madoguchi will introduce construction companies able to handle renovations for accommodation use. Customers may choose between 1 and 3 companies, and consultations will be free of charge.
Masuda Fumihiko's (増田氏) career includes serving as a director of Nac and holding executive positions at Tama Home and Yamada Holdings, as well as a track record of nationwide expansion. The company aims to build a system that will allow owners nationwide to seek advice regardless of their location.
