HYOJITO Co.,Ltd. has fully revamped "Turn NAVI," a queue management system used at municipal government service counters. By introducing a new design and system, the company aims to improve visitors' experience when completing procedures and further advance digital transformation in counter-service operations.
As background, the company acquired the queue management business from 西菱電機 in March 2023 and has continued to operate the existing system reliably. In recent years, demand has grown for more sophisticated and diverse functions, including congestion visibility and improved staff efficiency.
Key features of the update include high flexibility to accommodate the layout of government offices and counter-service operations, enhanced digital signage functions such as call displays and ticketing machines, and centralized management of service progress. Multilingual support and wait-time visibility functions have also been added.
Going forward, the company aims to expand the system's scope of deployment from small and medium-sized to large government offices, and to advance digital transformation at service counters by leveraging the advertising business expertise of ナビタ and integrating counter-service data with digital signage.
