enableX and Daisybell Japan announced that they will jointly develop an AI-BPO business using voice AI. Reported results include substantial operating cost reductions at customer companies, and a demo event is scheduled for September 2026.
enableX and Daisybell Japan have formed a strategic partnership to launch a full-scale AI-BPO business in Japan. The companies will provide voice AI-powered telephone response automation and business process design support, with the aim of delivering results in real-world operations.
Customer companies have already achieved 24-hour, 365-day inquiry support, including one case in which operating costs were reduced by 94%. A payment services company introduced voice AI for customer support across approximately 20,000 stores nationwide, reducing monthly operating costs from approximately ¥2.6 million to approximately ¥160,000.
The AI-BPO service combines voice AI-powered telephone response automation with business process design and operations support, providing hands-on support from strategy development through execution.
The two companies plan to hold a demo event in September 2026 where participants can experience Daisybell's voice AI. The event will include live demonstrations, an explanation of the implementation process and opportunities for individual consultations.
enableX CEO Kenmochi Shun (釼持 駿) described AI implementation as “changing the business and its operations,” while Daisybell representative Zhou Han (周涵) expressed the company's intention to promote the application of voice AI to the Japanese market to help address labor shortages.
The companies are expected to continue advancing the practical application of voice-enabled digital transformation and expanding adoption, with the goal of improving productivity at Japanese companies.
