EXEO Group says its core communications facilities construction business remains solid, supported by the expansion of AI data center construction. Demand related to data centers is strong, and the business environment is viewed as favorable against a backdrop of digitalization and the renewal of social infrastructure.
However, the shortage of personnel to carry out construction work has become a challenge as demand expands. Against this backdrop, President Kajimura Keigo (梶村 啓吾) said the company is considering using M&A in addition to regular recruitment as a measure to secure personnel.
