Collaboration items featuring the Suica Penguin will be launched at the same time as the Hobonichi Techo store opens as a flagship store at GRANSTA Tokyo in Tokyo Station. Reservations are scheduled to be accepted from 24 September to 31 October.
The flagship Hobonichi Techo store will open at GRANSTA Tokyo, the in-station commercial complex at JR Tokyo Station. The store will be developed as the first flagship store for the Hobonichi Techo brand, with a lineup of products forming the centrepiece of the event now unveiled.
A total of 14 items, including planners and stationery created in collaboration with the Suica Penguin, will be launched. In addition to in-store sales, reservations are scheduled to be accepted during the period through GRANSTA MALL, GRANSTA’s official online shop.
The lineup includes the “Face” cover for the Hobonichi Techo Original (¥4,290 including tax), the “Odekake” Cousin (¥5,390 including tax), and Tokyo Station and Tokotoko versions of the weeks design, as well as various stationery items featuring the penguin as a motif.
A change to the Suica Penguin character has been announced for the end of fiscal 2026, and this collaboration is being presented as an element attracting attention at this time.
