J-Group Holdings has opened the new teppanyaki bistro Meat & in Nagoya’s Sakae district. Along with its signature smash steak, the restaurant serves small plates of seasonal vegetables and Chita beef and Chita pork teppanyaki to enjoy with wine.
The teppanyaki bistro Meat & has newly opened near the street-level stores in Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya. It is a casual space where guests can enjoy meat dishes prepared on a teppan, small plates of seasonal vegetables and wine.
The restaurant specializes in small plates of seasonal vegetables, Chita beef and Chita pork teppanyaki, and wine by the glass from selected producers around the world. Wine is available from ¥600 (tax included), and there is also an extensive bottle selection.
The signature smash steak is a hamburger-steak-style dish made by pressing 100% minced beef together with vegetables and toppings on a teppan.
The restaurant is located at B1, TOSHIN・SAKURA Building, 3-7-4 Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya. Opening hours are 17:00–23:00 Tuesday to Thursday, 17:00–23:30 on Fridays and days before public holidays, and 15:00–23:30 on Saturdays and Sundays. Closed Mondays. Tel: 052-263-1122.
